Every new workspace starts with a 15-day trial of the plan you pick. The trial starts when you add a card, billed through Razorpay, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
When the trial ends, the card is charged for the plan you chose. If a payment fails, you get a seven-day grace period with reminders before the banner is paused, and nothing is deleted: your consent records and settings stay while the account is past due.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, with the difference charged for the rest of the period, and the new limits unlock at once. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep what you paid for.

Not yet. CookieGate is not on Google’s certified CMP list and is not an IAB-registered CMP. Its TCF v2.2-compatible API activates with a registered CMP id; registration is on the roadmap. If your ad stack requires a certified CMP today, write to us before you buy. Enforcement, resolution and receipts do not depend on either programme.
A developer pastes one script tag first in your site’s <head>. To stop the browser even requesting a third-party tag before consent, they also rewrite that tag with data-cg-purpose, as the platform page shows. Everything else (scanning, classification, banner design, categories, translations and regulation behaviour) is configured in the portal and published as a numbered version.
